The ground floor apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment overlooks the garden and it comprises:

Kitchen equipped with gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cutlery, pots and pans, dishes and glassware;
Livingroom furnished with double sofa bed and a pouffe-bed, sat-TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi;

The apartment is supplied with linen and tablecloths. Guests must get their own towels.

It is also possible to add upon request a baby bed and a high chair at no additional cost.
The garden equipped with seating area, tables, ping-pong table and deck chairs is at guests’ use. In the garden, there is also a furnished veranda apt for reading and relaxing. Furthermore, available to the guests, there is also the laundry machine and the barbeque, which are located in a separate room. The parking is within the property.

The ground floor apartment, as well as the garden, is fully accessible to people with restricted mobility and wheelchair users. There are no staircases to access any of the facilities. The bathroom is fitted with a bidet with shower diffuser, WC with stabilising handle, floor level shower and disable seat. The apartment is part of an old farmhouse dating back to the 1850s now fully renovated. It is located in a very quiet area surrounded by a beautiful garden with Azaleas, Rhododendron and Camellias, though only 10 minutes’ walk from the town centre.
