Holiday apartments

The Bed and Breakfast and the Holiday Apartments ‘La Casaccia’ are located in Verbania in a very quiet area surrounded by a spacious garden, however only 10 minutes’ walk from the old town centre.  All amenities, supermarket, bus stop, ferryboat station, restaurants, shops and beaches are at walking distance. Our Holiday Apartments are located in an old farmhouse dating back to the 1850s, which have been fully renovated maintaining intact the original internal plan of the house, utilising the typical materials of the area, stone, wood and earthenware tiles. The house is divided into two apartments, both of them overlooking the garden, which is equipped with seating area, tables, ping-pong table, and deck chairs, all at guests’ use. Available to the guests is also the laundry machine, the barbeque, which are located in a separate room.  The parking is on the property.
